If you?re looking for some great places to snorkel and dive, Florida offers some of the best spots around. Anytime we?re down there we discovered a new favorite.
The San Pedro was a Dutch ship that found its way into the fleet of New Spain. In 1733, the ship traveled from Havana bound for Spain, along with more than 20 other ships.

Diving and snorkeling adventures in Florida offer opportunities of a lifetime. The beautiful and comfortable Atlantic Ocean temperature is 72 degrees year-round, so you will be able to enjoy an adventure during any season at any time of the year! 
Amelia Island is also well known for its Victorian Silk Stocking District. Consisting of fifty blocks of Victorian homes and buildings, the Silk Stocking District is an architecture lover?s dream come true. Cobblestone walks lined with gas lamps and wrought iron benches beg visitors to explore Victorian homes and colorful brick buildings that have been converted into bed and breakfast inns, quaint book stores and antique shops. 
Fishing is one of the most popular activities in Florida- for both native Floridians and visitors alike. For a hundred years or more, visitors have been coming to Florida just for the fishing-even before Mickey graced the Sunshine State. Teddy Roosevelt, a great outdoorsman and fanatic fishermen, loved to visit Florida and try his hand at fishing. 
I?m a sucker for history; always have been, probably always will be. So, when we were recently in the area, I knew I had to stop by some of the oldest settlements in Florida.
Located off the northeast corner of Florida, Amelia Island is one of the oldest settlements in the state, if not the entire country. 
Think Telluride and most people just naturally think skiing and with very good reason. This is one of the most popular ski resort areas in the US and one of the best. At one time, before ski bunnies hit the slopes, the areas actually served as one of the favored hideouts for train robbers and other desperadoes. 
Whenever possible, we try to visit one of the gorgeous national parks spread out across the country. Not only is this a great way to see the country and some wonderful scenic views, but it?s also a wonderful way to spend some quality family time together and it?s not too hard on the budget, either. 
For a truly memorable vacation that you will never forgot, Cape Cod should be a must do on your list when traveling in the Massachusetts area. Unlike many areas, the land of Cape Cod has been protected from too much over development. Here, you?ll find plenty of natural beauty that will awe and inspire you. Swamps, marshes, cranberry bogs and plenty of walking, hiking and cycling trails await you along with miles of Atlantic beach, flanked only by lighthouses standing sentinel. 
If you?re planning to make a visit to Texas soon, it might be difficult to decide which sites you should visit. After all, when it comes to everything big, Texas reigns as king. Due to the sheer size of the state, that was our recent problem when we made a trip to the Lone Star State. Should we see one or two cities and focus on the great sites there or be really brave and try to see it all?
