Amazonas explorer
Amazonas explorer is probably the best rafting company in Cusco, and certainly the most expensive (4d. Apurimac 615 $). If there's a river to raft in Peru, they can do it. However, they don't have an office in Cusco (only Arequipa) and mainly deal with overseas bookings, this explains their higher prices.

Apumayo

Apumayo has a website, but I'm not sure it gets updated regularly.

Boots'n all website
Instinct also has a website and received several recommendations. There's a report about a trip with them on the Boots'n all website.

Eric Adventures
Eric Adventures is also a reputable company, but they're more aiming towards the budget traveler with prices at 100$ for 4d. Apurimac. Their founder participated in Olympic games '92 as kayaker and their team won Peruvian rafting championships.

Mayuc

Mayuc is the oldest rafting company in Cusco.

Swiss-raft
The newest player in the market is Swiss-raft. They are not Swiss, they started in 2002 and thus have brand new equipment (North west river system). We saw a group of them doing Apurimac the same day as us, and it looked pretty professional to me. Price was 100 $ in 9/2002, although on their website they state 250 $.
